The Contextual Generation

The perspective of the contextual generation is contextuality.

The world has become a complex and dynamic place. The boundaries between organizations and the outside world are fluid and diffuse. Internal and external forces flow into one, clients can be partners, competitors can be colleagues, the chain is in charge. Collaborations are temporary, the hierarchical structure differs per issue. Leaders act on the interfaces, and power is derived from the ability to connect. The outside world is no longer outside – it is inside the system: co-creation.
